Some Sim Time...

I finally had some time to play with my sim family, The Porters. Matthew, the eldest son of Max and Mitch just turned into a young adult and just moved out of the household. I had a modest 2-bedroom/1 bath house set up next door to the Porters so that they won't really miss each other. Matthew's got a new job as a Sports Coach at Llama Stadium and is set out to became a star athlete someday.

He invited out his girlfriend, Betty Simovitch to dine out one evening to pop in the big question. No, not a marriage proposal yet but a proposal to move in with him. Since Matthew's just starting out on his own, he isn't financially stable yet so I was glad when I saw the move in/live in icon on both Matt and Betty's wants and wishes panel. I really didn't have to decide for them! They did it on their own. Betty readily agreed and is now staying in Matt's house.

At the wake of Matt's decision to finally moved out (as was indicated on his wants/wishes panel) Max desired to have another baby. (A pacifier icon appeared on her wants/wishes panel) I had to wait for a few sim days to see if the same pacifier icon would appear on Mitch's panel and it did.

For 3 consecutive sim nights, Max and Mitch cuddled, kissed, make out and try for a baby just to conceive the last child they'll probably have before becoming elders. I heard the "pregnant chime " on the third night and the next morning, Max's barfing on the toilet as usual. A few sim days later, Max checked in to deliver their fourth child.

I guess here's another one who'll carry out the Porter Family name.

I wonder what "Excitable" really means...
I chose this trait simply because I was curious of
what will happen if a sim has this trait, but I'm pretty sure it
isn't a bad or an evil trait.

I'm also trying to hook up Minx with a nice guy for a boyfriend, but when I looked at her friends and acquaintances, there isn't a single guy her age. It's either too young or too old for her. If worse comes to worst, I'll have to make her partner through Create-A-Sim.
