I finally found a good girlfriend for Matthew through his mom, Max. One of Max's old friends' daughter made it to my standards. Her name is Betty Simovitch, from one of the townie families in Riverview. I actually forgot to take a picture of her one one of her visits at the Porter's house so her picture will have to wait til my next play session, but here's her stats from Max's profile.
And here's a totally big surprise for me. MAX IS PREGNANT AGAIN! I don't know when exactly did Max and Mitch did it. I'm thinking that maybe its a glitch or something or if not, I could have missed them doing it while I was checking on Matt. (I had to make sure he made friends with Betty and get to know he a lot when his mom invites Betty at home.) All I know is that I saw her barfing her heart out on the toilet! Although I'm not sure yet whether she is indeed pregnant, I had to find another house for the family. The old one has only 2 bedrooms (it's actually 3 but I've converted one room into a game room.) So I found this house made by a skilled simmer.
It has 8 bedrooms (8 is the maximum sims in one household.)It costs $700,000+ (fully furnished) After I sold their old house, and bought this one, The Porters only have $103,000 left on their funds. (Take note, I don't use the money cheat for this family. but both Max and Mitch have investments on various business establishments all around Riverview and they get a percentage of the businesses' profits.) I guess if Matt and Betty really do hit it off and get married, they can live here with plenty of room to spare!
