Today's the start of my diet. And so far, I think I'm doing ok for now since I have not made any menu list or regiment. I'll figure something out as I go along. I had crackers and coffee for brunch (I don't usually have breakfast because I always sleep in if I don't have to wake up early (I'm so totally a night person!) and a banana and a glass of milk for dinner. I had bite sized snacks in between so I didn't really feel that hungry. I wished now that I had kept the habit of having multiple smaller meals rather than one big one. I forced myself to do this when I first came here because I was around 140 lbs. then. Of course I didn't gain that much to go back to 140. (probably 5-10 pounds at most) But I want to go back to my original weight now before the pounds pile up on me and make it harder for me to loose the weight.
All I know is that I want to get my wardrobe back. Every pair of jeans I have has to fit or else I have to get used to the idea of going up 1- 2 sizes! THAT'S A BIG NO-NO!
