Game Highlights....

Yes, I know, don't have to remind me... I've been skipping posts in lieu of hours of playing video games. I admit, it's a hard habit to break not to let go until I haven't beaten a specific game! Legend of Zelda has always been one of the most challenging video games I've played and with Phantom Hourglass--- it is no different with the other game titles I've played in the series.

Right now, I'm currently stuck at Maze Island, with its 3-level maze timed puzzle. I really need to solve at least 2 if not all 3 if I intend to complete the gems I'm going to need to upgrade Link's sword.

Another game I'm playing on the sidelines is Hamsterz 2, My female hamster, Kisses got sick since yesterday night, I visited the local petshop, and the owner said, that it could be a case of the stomachache (over-eating) or flu. He recommended a pill and a full day's rest. So I won't be able to take her out anywhere, store or a friend's house.

While at the pet store, I had a chance to quickly browse through their items for sale and I'm glad to see that I've finally unlocked the 2-story cages! I just couldn't help myself, I bought one of those cages, for my male hamster, Skitter. I'll have to wait until Kisses gets well then I'll get her one of these cages too! Besides, it'll give me time to earn more stars to buy it. (In the game, you collect stars to buy items for your pet and you earn the stars when you take care of the hamsterz.)

Right now, I have 2 golden hamsters, hoping that they'll mate after 21-22 days and have a pup. But I'm also interested in getting a pair of dwarf hamsterz in the future, I just wanna see how everything goes with this pair, Kisses and Skitter. I have another pair at the Center, where the keep all the extra hamsterz I have. (Skittles and Linx)

As for Animal Crossing, I'm in the process of paying up my second house upgrade and finally deciding on the regal furniture theme to earn my house points. So far, I'm doing just OK, I'm still missing a lot of furniture pieces, so for now, I'm relying heavily on color - coded feng-shui to raise my house points. (Animal Crossing's the only game I know of that incorporated feng-shui into game play.)

By the way, I received Hamsterz Life, the original DS game that started the Hamsterz line for the Petz Animal series and it is a lot different than Hamsterz 2, Eventhough, it's still a good game, full of mini-games, while in Hamsterz 2, I have yet to unlock the mini-games that is suppossedly in the game. Plus Hamsterz 1 has more mini games than hamsterz 2, but one big difference between the two is the player can breed hamsters in Hamsterz 2 and not in Hamsterz 1.

Can you tell now that my NDSL is on a lot most of the time?! (LOL)
