Christmas In February!!!

Or it seems like Christmas had been extended till February... as I have posted yesterday, my Dad arrived from vacation (Philippines) and he brought a lot of "pasalubong" (presents) for us! Actually they were not really "pasalubong" but more like "bilin" ( more like a shopping list really! Me and my sister often have separate lists each time my dad or mom or both fly back to Manila.)

So this time around, my list is mainly :

Tagalog Pocketbooks - A LOT! I don't know the exact count yet but I say, enough or more than enough till they go home again and buy me more! LOL!)

2 DVD Sets (Marimar - Philippine Version and a Tagalog Dubbed version of Spring Waltz)

Assorted Flavors of BENCH Cologne ( gave some to my sister and her partner)

and my KARAOKE UPGRADE!!! (YES!)

Seems like a shorter list than my last lists but it's ok, the pocketbooks and the KARAOKE UPGRADE are the most of what I would like to have anyway, the DVDs and cologne are just extras. My sister had the most "pasalubongs" mostly food and delicacies that could only be found there.

Since the tagalog books he bought were so many I've decided to open up a blog to organize them, just like an index. I'll be posting titles and their description as I finish them so that I'll have a better hand on how to organize them. I'm looking into learning about downloading from usenet. I thing I'll have better chances of getting more korean drama sets there. I hope I find a good reference book about it. It will take some time but I'm really willing to give it a try.
