I Had A Ball....

Did everyone enjoy the holidays? I DID!... I DID! In fact, I had quite a busy holiday... you could probably tell because this blog has been somewhat on a hiatus since then and up to now I'm still having "post-Christmas" stuff still going on. As much as I have really missed writing on this blog, the holidays made quite a toll on me physically, started at the first week of December when both my parents caught the flu bug and a few days later, I had it too. (which I did pass on to my friends, unfortunately... sorry guys but I JUST HAD TO SHARE! LOL!) I had it on and off till Christmas. (Most likely because I've been going out a lot then and being in literally cold weather made it worse.)

Being out with family and friends is what I love about Christmas and attending Novena Masses (Simbang Gabi) in the evenings from December 15-23 weren't that bad either despite having the flu. I completed all 9 novena masses too! I went out with family and friends almost everyday and by the end of the month I found myself tired and lazy to go out. Presents and gifts were so out this year because a lot of us decided to just make donations to Typhoon Ondoy victims instead of having our yearly Christmas party and as for presents, I didn't get much which is already understandable these days... that's fine... this year, the cliche, IT'S BETTER TO GIVE THAN TO RECEIVE... applies.

But I did get a new cell phone for myself as a birthday/Christmas present this year. It's been long overdue and now I finally get to upgrade it. I chose an LG Vu Cu920, and it's a large step better than my old teeny-weeny cell, which was a Sony Ericsson. I was supposed to get a video cam but I finally decided to hold off buying because I don't think we won't be going to a lot of trips this year which was what I first intended to get the videocam for.

Anyway, i'm happy with my new phone and I'm still looking into buying a bigger hard drive fro this desktop or if not, I might go ahead and buy a bluray disc player eventhough Dad still needs to upgrade his big screen TV in our living room, it has no HDMI cable outlet that the bluray player needs to be able to work....

OTHER THAN THAT....

BELATED HAPPY NEW YEAR...

AND TODAY IS NOW THE FEAST OF THE 3 KINGS.
