Just when I thought I'm off the hook when it comes to coming here earlier than my sister's housemate, I found myself cramming up on everything I've been doing all over again! My sister called this morning to tell me that I'm staying here till Friday, because her housemate, Cris is coming home from the hospital tomorrow.
So when I woke up this morning, it was like a rude awakening when my mom told me that I'm staying here. So whether I like it or not, I had to do the most that I can to my still already piled up "chores"
The most time consuming among them is literally freeing up space on my DVR to record my daily dramas. Digitally transferring every single episode meant playing the whole episode for video capturing and then editing out the commercials and then burning them to DVDs, which is easier said than done, it takes about at least an hour and a half to do a single 25 minute episode. (that is after capturing the video to my computer.) So far, I'm recording up to 8 different dramas in 2 different channels everyday plus one that I just occassionally record, not to collect but just to watch (I can't start a day without seeing "Handy Manny" now. *LOL*) So you could just imagine how full my DVR can get everytime I go anywhere or stay here for that matter and emptying it isn't as easy as pushing the delete button on my remote.
Anyway, I just hope my sleeping over days here are numbered well at least until I can completely catch up on everything. (At this rate that I'm here almost every week, I'd be lucky to catch up by the start of December! And December is the busiest time of the year for me!)
