Bits N' Pieces...

Ok, so instead of going through a detailed account of what happened to me in the last week. I will spare everybody (and myself too. *SMILE* ) of the boring details and just stick to the facts :

• Most of the time I spent at my sister's place was alright except for the fact that I wasn't as occupied (busy) there as I am usually here at home, probably because they have no TFC /GMA Pinoy TV subscription there. And as if that wasn't enough to give me more free time on my hands, their internet connection was going through server problems (the main reason why I wasn't able to update this blog at all during my stay there.) therefore, staying connected online was more a pain than fun.

• I had a lot of time to catch up on some reading, both in English and Tagalog pocketbooks that I got addicted to all over again. Yes, reading them could get corny and cheesy from time to time but hey, I find them romantic just the same. (Ah... HOPELESS ROMANTIC! That's so totally ME!)

• The "hiding writer" in me just came back from her 4 year long hiatus. I don't know. I'm not sure what suddenly came over me but I actually wrote something in less than half an hour! Another online mini-series you say? Uhm, well I'm still thinking about it... much less if I should put it online for friends to read. If ever, it will be my first ever Tagalog (Filipino) piece and to be honest, I am not as confident writing in Tagalog anymore as I do writing in English. So, if ever I decide to have anyone take a look, everybody would know when and where I will post it through this blog.
  

• He-Man has finally landed in the building! (LOL!) I mean at my house. I got the complete First Season of He-Man Masters Of The Universe DVD Set in the mail the other day together with Volume 3 of Voltron, Defender of the Universe. (I've bought the first 2 volumes of the series a couple of years ago but it's just now that I saw a seller selling Green Tin Box set (Volume 3) at the very reasonable price of $11 (+ shipping and handling)

My sister's housemate might be leaving for Virginia this coming weekend so my sister invited me to stay with her while her housemate's gone. If it pushes through, I'll be outta here by Friday afternoon.
