I know... I've been slacking off posting lately.... oh was it only for yesterday? Oh well, I was thinking of slacking off again today because I am still experiencing the after effects of 2 day and 1 sleepless nights, but then again, I thought it won't be fun writing about a pile up of days in one single very long post, would it? So here I am with Part 2 of my Sleep-over experience.
So there we were us four girls in our pajamas chowing over delivered Chinese food and Pizza courtesy of Cassie, who gladly offered to keep us stuffed of for our first night. (Friday) Sam, our room hostess (the sleep over was at her house.) jokingly complained that her part of the whole deal was to provide a place for a sleep over and not feed three BOF crazy fans! Cassie and I corrected her and pleaded guilty to her plea. Bunny (the best cook among us) made lunch and dinner for us and the rest of Sam's family on Saturday. Since I provided the DVD's to watch, my shift to feed the pack was moved to the last day, which was Sunday breakfast at IHOP before going to church for 9 am mass.
The first 3 episodes, we all swooned over So Yi Jong and even Ji-Hoo too because Jun-Pyo was just so full of himself in these episodes, even Cassie, a certified Jun-Pyo lover thinks so too.
Well, when I look back at the other 2 versions of this series, the tawanese and japanese versions, and even the original manga, Dao Ming Si (Taiwanese) Domyoji (Japanese) Gu Jun-Pyo (Korean) is characterized as arrogant and bossy, conceited and can be ruteless if someone made an offense against him.
Meanwhile, Hua Zi Lei (Taiwanese) Rui Hanazawa (Japanese) Yoon Ji-Hoo (Korean) is the opposite, he's quiet and more approachable for the main female heroine, Shancai (Taiwanese) Makino Tsukushi (Japanese) Geum Jan-Di (Korean) which I think is one of the many reasons why the main heroine had a harmless crush on him first.
We had 15-30 minute breaks after 2 episodes which were filled of bickering, arguing over scenes we saw and comparing the 2 main male leads, Jun-Pyo and Ji-Hoo and who is better suited for someone like Jan-Di.
My opinion on this is kind of biased because of 2 main reasons, I already saw the series in it's entirety and I am a solid Ji-Hoo supporter but putting that aside, eventhough, Jun-Pyo deserved Jan-Di after all they have been through, if Jan-Di ended up with Ji-Hoo, it won't be that bad either, because in the whole series, I never saw Ji-Hoo made Jan-Di cry, not even once! While Jun-Pyo didn't just made her cry butput her all through pain and agony just because he can't stand up to his witch of a mom!
Well as for the others' views and thoughts about who's more deserving of Jan-Di's love and affection will have to wait till Part 3 of my post ok? Sleeping is still my top priority after a major sleepless sleep-over we had. It should have been called "awake-over" and not sleep-over. (SIGH)
